CANCELLATION POLICY
Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our professionals with empty appointment times. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice.

More than 24 hours notice:
* Service will be cancelled at no charge

Less than 24 hours notice:
* 50% of the service price will be charged

Failure to show without notice:
* 100% of the service price will be charged

DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS, EYELASH EXTENSIONS AND BIO IONIC STRAIGHTENING SERVICES

“A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 48 hours in advance to enable us to accommodate other clients in your place. All appointments cancelled 48 hours in advance shall be eligible for a full refund of deposit. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of 50% deposit.”
